Rule 219 Jury Trial Day

The judge gets to decide which days jury cases will be heard and when the jury schedule is set. This is just part of how the court organizes its calendar.

The judge can also change or cancel that schedule whenever needed. If you have a jury trial coming up, check with the court regularly to make sure the date has not moved.
