Rule 352 The Business Court Generally

The Texas Business Court follows specific sections of both the Texas Government Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. These include Parts I, II, III, and VI of the civil procedure rules.

If any of those rule sections contradict each other, Part III wins. This means Part III takes priority over Parts I, II, and VI when there is a conflict about how to handle something in business court.
