Rule 595 Several Writs

If you are suing someone and want to freeze their property while the case is ongoing, you can request multiple attachment writs at once. These writs can be sent to different counties at the same time or one after another.

You can keep requesting these writs until enough of the defendant's property has been attached to cover what you are claiming in your lawsuit. This gives you flexibility if the person you are suing has property spread across different parts of Texas.
