Rule 671 Repealed effective December 31, 1947

This rule no longer exists. It was removed from the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure at the end of 1947.

Because the rule was repealed, it has no effect on any court case today. There is nothing in it that applies to anyone involved in Texas civil court proceedings.
