When a court orders a sale of someone's personal belongings or property interest, it must follow the same steps as any other court-ordered property sale. This keeps the process fair and consistent.

After the sale, the officer running the sale must give the buyer an official transfer document. That document will include a short summary of the court's judgment that allowed the sale to happen in the first place.
