If you are the defendant in a case where someone is asking a court for an injunction against you, you can respond the same way you would in any other civil lawsuit.

However, if you want the court to cancel the injunction before the case goes to a full hearing, simply denying the other side's claims is not enough. You must back up those denials with a sworn statement, meaning you sign the answer under oath confirming that what you say is true.
