Rule 734 Levy on Other Property

If a court case is started to figure out who really owns property that was seized, the person who got the original court order can still go after the defendant's other property. The dispute over one piece of property does not freeze everything else.

For example, if someone is trying to collect a debt and seizes a car, but someone else claims they own that car, the debt collector does not have to wait for that dispute to be settled. They can still go ahead and seize other property belonging to the defendant to try to collect what they are owed.
