Rule 766 Shall Proceed to Partition

After a judge issues a partition order, the appointed commissioners get to work dividing up the property. They must follow the judge's specific instructions from the court order when doing the dividing.

At least two of the three commissioners must agree on how the property gets split. They also have to follow state law and court rules when carrying out the partition.
