Rule 802 When Plaintiff Proves Part

If you are suing someone over property and you cannot prove you own all of it, you can still win the part you can prove is yours. You do not have to prove everything to walk away with something.

If the court agrees you own part of the property, you will also get your court costs covered. The defendant cannot block your partial win just because you could not prove the rest of your claim.
