Art. 52.06 CONTEMPT

Chapter 52: Court of Inquiry

Rule Text

Contempt of court in a Court of Inquiry may be punished by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and any witness refusing to testify may be attached and imprisoned until he does testify.
