Art. 52.07 STENOGRAPHIC RECORD; PUBLIC HEARING

When a Court of Inquiry is held, everything said and presented as evidence must be written down word for word by a court reporter. This creates an official record that can be reviewed later if needed.

The rule also says these proceedings must be open to the public. This means anyone can attend and observe what happens during the hearing. The process cannot be held in secret, and the public has a right to see how the inquiry is conducted.
