Rule 9 [Reserved].

This rule is currently marked as "reserved," which means it does not contain any active content right now. Court rule systems often number their rules in a specific order, and sometimes a number is set aside for future use or because a rule was removed.

If you are looking for information on a specific criminal procedure topic, this particular rule number won't help you. You will need to check other rules in the Virgin Islands Rules of Criminal Procedure, or check with a legal professional to find out where that topic is actually covered.
