Rule 314 Order of Appointment.

When someone needs to be appointed to a role in a Superior Court case, the process starts with the Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. That office gathers information and sends it to the court. Once the court has this information, the Presiding Judge can then issue an official order appointing that person.

The Presiding Judge cannot make the appointment until this information has been received by the court.
