Rule 7.5 Disciplinary Action

If a judge doesn't follow these rules, the Administrative Director has to step in and start disciplinary action against that judge. This action goes to the Supreme Court of Appeals, which is the state's highest court.

In simple terms, this rule makes sure judges can't ignore the rules without consequences. Someone is responsible for catching the problem and bringing it to the court's attention so it can be dealt with properly.
