If you choose to get email notifications about your case, it's on you to make sure your email address is accurate and that your inbox can actually receive these notices. The court and the e-filing system won't be responsible for tracking down bad contact information. If you miss an important notice because your email address was wrong or your inbox was full or blocking messages, that's your problem to deal with, not the court's.
