Rule 15A.09 User Responsibility for Compliance with Rules

When you use your login credentials to file documents electronically, you are agreeing to follow all the e-filing rules. This means anything filed under your account needs to meet those rules, and you are responsible for making sure it does.

By using your credentials, you are also confirming that your email address works and is up to date. This matters because the court and other parties may use that email to send you documents. If your email is broken or you stop checking it, you could miss important papers in your case, and that will still count as being properly served.
