Rule 2.01 First Circuit

This rule sets out when court sessions begin in three counties that make up the First Circuit: Brooke, Hancock, and Ohio.

In Brooke County, court terms start on the first Monday of March, June, and November. In Hancock County, terms begin on the second Tuesday of January, April, and September. In Ohio County, terms start on the second Monday of January, May, and September.
