Rule 2.02 Second Circuit

This rule sets the court term dates for three counties in West Virginia's Second Circuit: Marshall, Tyler, and Wetzel.

In Marshall County, court terms start on the second Tuesday of March, July, and November. In Tyler County, terms begin on the second Tuesday of February, June, and October. In Wetzel County, terms start on the second Tuesday of January, May, and September.
