About This Court
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia is a unit of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, operating within the Eleventh Circuit. The court has jurisdiction over bankruptcy cases filed under Title 11 of the United States Code by individuals, businesses, and other entities located within the northern portion of Georgia.
