Rule 9007 Authority to Regulate Notices

Part IX: General Provisions

(a) In General.

Unless these rules provide otherwise, when notice is to be given, the court must designate:

(1) the deadline for giving it;

(2) the entities to whom it must be given; and

(3) the form and manner of giving it.

(b) Combined Notices.

When feasible, the court may order notices under these rules to be combined.
