Rule 15-6 Amendment to Order

A court order that keeps documents sealed (hidden from the public) is not permanent. The court can change or cancel that order whenever there is a good reason to do so.

Either the court itself or any person can ask for the order to be reviewed. Before any changes are made, all parties in the case must be notified and the court will hold a hearing to consider the request.
