Rule 21-1 Security and Emergencies Generally

The Business Court works with the Georgia Supreme Court to make safety plans. These plans cover two main things: keeping people safe in the courthouse and having a way to keep the court running if an emergency happens.

If there is ever a crisis, like a natural disaster or a security threat, the court already has a plan in place to respond quickly and continue handling cases. This means court business can go on even during difficult situations.
