Rule 19.4 Frequency of Data Submission

Courts that handle juvenile cases must send their case data to a system called JDEX on a regular basis. This data must be uploaded at least once a week, though more frequent uploads are preferred if the system allows it.

This rule helps keep the JDEX database current so that juvenile court information stays up to date across the system.
