Rule 19.5 Updating of Required Data Elements

When new pieces of information are added to what juvenile courts must report, the courts will be told about those changes. A coordinator will notify court clerks so they know what to include in their submissions going forward.

This rule is basically about keeping everyone on the same page. If the list of required information grows, courts will get an update so their reporting stays complete and current.
