Rule 22.5 Quarterly Review of Data

The court clerk must check certain children's case files at least four times a year. These reviews make sure that cases are moving forward within the time limits set by Georgia law.

This applies to children whose cases fall under specific categories already defined in other court rules. The goal is to keep track of whether deadlines are being met in those cases.
