Rule 11.11 Recording Not Official Court Record.

If someone records a court hearing, that recording is not the official record of what happened in court. The official record is kept by the court itself.

You cannot use your own recording to change or add to the court's official record unless the judge specifically gives you permission to do so. This applies even if you were allowed to make the recording in the first place.
