Rule 18.4 Amendment of Bail.

A judge in municipal court can change your bail amount or conditions after bail has already been set. This means bail is not always final once it is decided.

If your situation changes, or if the court finds a reason to revisit the bail decision, the judge has the power to raise or lower the amount. This applies to bail that was originally set by the municipal court.
