Rule 3.3.10 Number of arguments.

When a case is being argued in court, only up to two attorneys from the same side can speak during arguments. If a party wants more than two attorneys to argue, they need to get special permission from the judge first.

For the final closing argument, only one attorney per side is allowed to speak. No exceptions are made to this part of the rule, even with the judge's permission.
