Rule 5.3.5 Location of original.

When you file paperwork with the probate court, the court keeps the original documents. You do not get your originals back after filing them.

There are a few exceptions. A judge can make a special order allowing someone to get their original documents back, and some laws allow for this as well. But unless one of those exceptions applies, the court holds onto everything you file.
