Rule 5.3.9 Filing of transcripts.

When a judge asks for a transcript of a hearing or proceeding, it must be filed in whatever way the judge instructs. The court clerk does not have to store these transcripts in a bound book, electronic file, or on microfilm.

If your case involves an appeal, a different rule applies. You will need to look at Rule 12.1 for the specific requirements about transcripts in that situation.
