Rule 13.2 Extensions

If you need more time than usual to make your argument in court, you can ask the judge for extra time before the arguments start. You cannot wait until you are already in the middle of arguing to make this request.

When you ask for more time, you need to explain why you need it. The judge can say yes or no, and it is completely up to them whether to grant the extra time.
