Rule 21.4 Review

If a judge decides to limit who can see or hear parts of a court case, that decision can be challenged. A party who disagrees with the order can ask a higher court to review it before the case is over.

This type of early appeal is called an interlocutory application. It goes to whichever appeals court would normally handle an appeal from that case.
