Rule 24.2A Monthly Figures Required; Week and Hour to Month Multipliers

When filling out child support paperwork, all money amounts must be listed as monthly figures.

If you get paid weekly, you need to convert your pay to a monthly amount. To do this, multiply your weekly pay by 4.35. For example, if you earn $500 per week, your monthly amount would be $500 times 4.35, which equals $2,175.

If you are paid by the hour and work 40 hours per week, multiply your hourly wage by 174 to get your monthly income. For example, if you earn $15 per hour, your monthly income would be $15 times 174, which equals $2,610.
