Rule 24.4 Notice of Temporary Hearings in Cases Not Involving Financial Matters

When you have a family court case that does not involve money issues, you still need to give the other party proper notice before any temporary hearing. The notice rules are the same ones listed in Rule 24.2.

This means you cannot simply show up for a temporary hearing without making sure the other side knows about it first. Following the correct notice process protects everyone involved and keeps the hearing from being thrown out or delayed.
