Rule 36.7 Filing of Transcripts

When a court hearing or trial is recorded and typed up into a transcript, that document gets filed with the court according to standard legal procedures.

The court clerk does not have to put transcripts into a bound book or store them on microfilm. This gives the clerk flexibility in how transcripts are kept and organized.
