Rule 45 Granted Certiorari

When the Georgia Supreme Court agrees to hear a case, both sides must write briefs that focus only on the specific questions the Court listed when it accepted the case. You cannot write about other issues, even if you think they are important.

The timeline for submitting those briefs follows the same schedule used in other cases under Rule 10. That deadline clock starts on the date the Court issued its order accepting the case.
