Rule 89 Reservation

The Georgia Supreme Court can change its media rules for a specific case if needed. This applies to any of the rules that govern how media members can operate in court proceedings.

A change can happen in two ways: the court can decide on its own to modify a rule, or a media member can send a written request asking for a change. Either way, the court has the final say on whether any rule gets adjusted for that particular case.
