Rule 90 Court Final Authority

The Georgia Supreme Court has the final say over any photos, recordings, or live broadcasts made during its court sessions. No one else can make that call.

If the Court decides that cameras or recording devices are causing a problem, it can set limits on how they are used, or ban them entirely. This applies to news cameras, audio recordings, and any other way of capturing what happens in the courtroom.
