9.03 Conditions precedent

When you're filing a lawsuit that depends on certain steps being completed first, you don't have to spell out every detail of how those steps were met. You can simply state in general terms that all required conditions have been satisfied. This makes the paperwork easier for the person filing the claim.

However, if the other side wants to argue that those conditions weren't actually met, they can't just deny it with a vague statement. They have to be specific about exactly which condition wasn't met and explain why. This keeps things fair by making sure the challenge is clear and detailed, rather than a blanket denial that leaves everyone guessing.

In short, the person making the claim gets to keep things simple, but the person disputing it has to explain their objection in detail.
