9.04 Official document or act

When you're writing a legal document and need to mention an official paper or an action taken by a government official, you don't have to spell out every detail proving it was done correctly. You can simply state that the document was issued, or the act was performed, according to the law.

This makes things easier for everyone involved in a case. Instead of listing every legal requirement that was followed to create an official document or take an official action, a person can just say it was done properly and in line with the law. If the other side disagrees and thinks something wasn't done correctly, they can raise that issue and challenge it later in the case.

This rule saves time and keeps paperwork simpler. It assumes that official documents and actions are valid unless someone specifically argues otherwise.
