XLII App. A Schedule of Electronic Filing Costs

If you file a writ application electronically with the Louisiana Supreme Court, it costs $100 in electronic filing fees. For any other type of document you file electronically, the cost is $50.

These fees are separate from any other court costs you might have to pay. They apply specifically to the electronic filing process itself, based on what kind of document you are submitting. If you're not sure whether your document counts as a writ application or falls under the "all other documents" category, it's a good idea to check with the court clerk before you file.
