XXII § 3 [amended effective January 1, 2026]

A small group called the executive committee has the main power to run things behind the scenes. This committee creates the rules that the council and all its committees have to follow. It also picks who will lead the council by choosing a chairman and vice chairman.

Beyond that, the executive committee decides how the council is organized. If new committees or positions need to be created, this committee makes that call and elects the people who will fill those roles. In short, this small group sets up the structure and leadership for the whole council.
