XXXII § 2 Applicability

This part of the rules works alongside all the other Supreme Court rules. Unless a specific rule in this section says otherwise, every other rule the Supreme Court has set still applies here too.

In simple terms, this section doesn't replace the general rules. It adds to them. If you're dealing with a case under this part, you still need to follow the standard Supreme Court rules unless this specific section spells out a different or special requirement. Think of it as a reminder that these rules don't exist in isolation. They work together with the full set of court rules unless stated otherwise.
