Rule 11.03 State Court Administrator to Receive Copy of Request from Circuit Judge

When a circuit judge asks another circuit judge to come help out and hear cases in their circuit, they can't just make that arrangement quietly between themselves. The judge making the request has to send a copy of it to the state court administrator's office.

This keeps the state court system informed about which judges are covering cases outside their home circuit. It creates a paper trail so the administrator's office knows where judges are working and can keep track of these temporary assignments across the state.
