Rule 1-510 Effective date.

This rule sets the start date for mandatory education requirements for judicial branch employees. The rules took effect on or after July 1, 2004, but not everyone had to start following them right away.

The Director created a schedule to roll out these training requirements in stages for different groups of employees. This means some groups started earlier than others, based on the plan the Director set up. The goal was to have everyone fully following the education requirements by the 2007-08 fiscal year, as long as the courts had enough money and staff to make it happen.
