Courts that have fax machines must use them only for court-related work. This means the fax line is meant to handle things like filings, notices, and other official court documents, not general office tasks unrelated to the court.

A court can let other government offices or agencies use its fax machine too. But this is only allowed if it does not get in the way of the court's own business. In other words, court needs always come first, and outside use is only okay when it does not slow down or block the court's normal operations.
