The Supreme Court must give the board the office help and support staff it needs to do its job. This means the court is responsible for making sure the board has enough people to handle paperwork and daily tasks.

The board itself gets to hire an executive director to run its operations, but the Supreme Court has to approve that hire first. Beyond that, the board has the freedom to bring on additional staff members or hire outside contractors whenever it decides this is needed to get its work done.
