§ 547 Substitution of trustee

Here's a plain English summary of this rule:

If a trustee has been appointed in a family court case, the court can replace that trustee with someone else. This can happen at any point during the case, not just at the beginning.

Either side in the case can ask for this change by filing a motion. The court can also make this change on its own, even if nobody asks for it. But the court needs a good reason to make the switch. It can't just replace a trustee without cause.

This rule gives the court flexibility to make sure the right person is handling trustee duties. If the current trustee isn't doing the job well, or if some other good reason comes up, the court has the power to fix the situation by naming someone new.
