Rule 2 Definitions

In these rules, the following definitions apply unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires:

(a) “Disability” includes both physical and mental incapacity.

(b) “Formal Hearing” means the public proceeding before the Supreme Court after the Investigator has referred the matter, at which the issues of law and fact raised by the formal charges and answer are tried.
