§ 1638 Repealed by Laws 1980, c. 68, § 1, emerg. eff. April 10,1980.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law back in 1980, when the state legislature passed a law canceling it. The cancellation took effect right away because lawmakers marked it as an emergency measure.

Since this rule was repealed over 40 years ago, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or case files that mention Rule 1638, know that it doesn't apply to current cases. You'll need to check current Oklahoma civil procedure rules to find out what law actually governs your situation now.
